Welcome to Shannon Trails
Shannon Trails Equestrian Facility is a 100-acre horse boarding and training facility located in Salem, New Hampshire.
Family-owned and operated by the Merrill family since 1964, Shannon Trails is one of the first boarding facilities in southern NH that is still successfully operating today. Over the last 60 years, we have received many awards from the Professional National Horseman’s Association for the boarding, safety, and management of horses.
Our farm offers box stall or pasture board options, all-day turn-out in either a private paddock or group grass pasture, full board, 1 indoor arena, 2 outdoor arenas, and miles of private onsite groomed carriage trails.
At Shannon Trails Equestrian Facility, our highly experienced staff is dedicated to the safety and quality of life of all horses entrusted to our care.
